At Bustani Day Spa we have group and personalized classes for yoga undertaken by a professional instructor in a friendly, amiable and tranquil environment. All our yoga classes include the use of our yoga mats and towels, but you are welcome to also bring your own.

At Bustani Day Spa we shall encourage you to gently move different areas of your body, such as neck and arms, through their full range of motion, Prenatal yoga breathing techniques might help you reduce or manage shortness of breath during pregnancy and work through contractions during labor apart from other benefits such as sleeping better, reducing back pain and increasing flexibility.
